Intro to Powerlifting Seminar

Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift will be covered. Overview of basic biomechanics and some information on training and programming will be provided. 

Dan Stephens has 30 years of experience in powerlifting and would like to share his knowledge with you. This is a great opportunity for beginning and experienced powerlifters, coaches, and anyone thinking about getting started.
